This cookie policy explains the cookies and similar tracking technologies behoovestudio.com uses, why we use them, and how you can control them under EU and UK ePrivacy and GDPR rules, Turkey's KVKK, and California's CCPA and CPRA.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let the site remember your actions and preferences (language, accepted consent choices, and similar) between visits. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels. For the purposes of this policy we refer to all of them collectively as "cookies".
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary - required to deliver the site and to remember your consent choice itself. Set without consent under all applicable regimes (ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) carve-out, KVKK Kurul guidance, ICO guidance, CCPA does not regulate strictly-necessary cookies).
Analytics - help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Set only after you grant the Analytics category in the consent banner.
Advertising - reserved for future use. Not active today. Will be set only after you grant the Advertising category. If we ever start using advertising cookies that constitute a "share" under CPRA Section 1798.140(ah), we will publish a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the site.
3. Cookies set on this site
Every cookie set or planned to be set on behoovestudio.com is listed below.

Notes per regime
GDPR / UK GDPR / ePR: all analytics cookies above require prior, granular, freely given consent. They are blocked by Cookie Script's Consent Mode v2 default-denied state and only set after you click Accept all or grant the Analytics category in Customise.
KVKK: the Kurul's 2024 cookie guidance treats analytics cookies as requiring açık rıza, which we collect through the same banner.
CCPA / CPRA: none of the cookies above sell personal information. None of the cookies above share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. GA4 is configured with Google data-sharing settings disabled and operates as a service provider under 1798.140(ag).
The Microsoft Clarity rows are listed for transparency about the planned end state. Until Clarity is enabled, those cookies are not set on visitor devices and the consent banner does not request the Clarity-specific consent.
4. How to grant or withdraw consent
When you first visit the site a consent banner appears. You can choose Accept all, Reject all, or Customise to grant only specific categories. The three buttons sit at the same visual hierarchy, with no dark patterns - this matches EDPB Guidelines 03/2022 and KVKK Kurul guidance.
Your choice is stored in the CookieScriptConsent cookie and respected on every subsequent page load.
To change or withdraw your consent at any later time, click the floating cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page, or click the Cookie settings link in the footer. The banner re-opens and you can adjust or revoke any category. Withdrawal takes effect immediately - cookies in the withdrawn category are cleared from your browser on the next page load. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal, in line with GDPR Article 7(3) and KVKK md. 5/1.
5. How to clear cookies in your browser
Independent of our consent banner you can also clear cookies directly via your browser settings. Doing so resets your consent choice and the banner reappears on the next visit.
Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data, See all site data and permissions, search behoovestudio.com, Remove.
Safari (macOS): Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data, search behoovestudio.com, Remove. Safari (iOS): Settings app, Safari, Advanced, Website Data, search and remove.
Firefox: Settings, Privacy and Security, Cookies and Site Data, Manage Data, search and remove.
Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions, Manage and delete cookies and site data, See all cookies and site data, search and remove.
You can also configure your browser to refuse all cookies or to notify you before any cookie is set. Note: blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the site, and the consent banner itself cannot remember your choice.
For California residents using Global Privacy Control: our site reads the Sec-GPC HTTP header. Because we do not sell or share personal information today, GPC does not change the cookies that load - but if we ever introduce advertising cookies that would constitute sharing, GPC will be honoured as a valid opt-out signal under CPRA Section 1798.135(b).
6. Third-party processors
Each cookie is documented above with its provider. Full processor disclosure - including data transfer locations, transfer mechanisms, and data processing agreements - is in the Privacy Policy, Section 7.
7. Changes to this policy
When we add or remove a tool that sets cookies, we update this table and the consent banner mapping in Cookie Script. The Last updated date at the top of the page is the authoritative version date. Material changes are also flagged on the banner so you can review and re-consent.
